Antonio “Jumbing” G. De Rosas is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pru Life UK, Philippine subsidiary of British financial services giant Prudential plc. He joined Pru Life UK in 2007 as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), before assuming the top post in August 2010.

Under his leadership, leading life insurer and pioneer of insuravest or investment-linked life insurance products, Pru Life UK has expanded its reach to over 190 branches in the Philippines, with the biggest life agency force of more than 32,000 licensed agents. Atty. Dennis B. Funa is the current Insurance Commissioner of the Philippines. As such, he sits a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Council. Prior to his appointment as such, he was appointed as the Deputy Insurance Commissioner for Legal Services in June 2013. Commissioner Funa took his undergraduate degree from De La Salle University and obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in San Beda College of Law and passed the Bar in 1992. An author of various law books, a law professor and law practitioner, Commissioner Funa has filed and won landmark constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He first joined government service in 1992 and became the youngest presidential-appointee.
